MidasPlus helps local individuals with physical or learning difficulties who demonstrate a need that cannot be fulfilled elsewhere and with funding for projects for local community groups. MidasPlus is often seen as a ‘last resort’.

- We’ve donated several fully powered wheelchairs to local disabled people.
- Taking over 50 adults with severe disabilities & special needs on a day trip is an incredible undertaking for the many wonderful volunteers who are involved; just buying them an ice-cream each day costs £100!

- Furniture for a young family – the Housing Association would not provide any furniture.
