LOCAL CHARITIES VALENTINE BALL

MidasPlus Fundraising is organising a Ball on Friday 14th February with the aim of helping local charities and community organisations to raise much needed funds and have fun at the same time.

Would you and your colleagues or friends like to enjoy a fabulous Valentine Night’s Ball at The Runnymede Hotel & Spa. An excuse for the ladies to dress up! Gentlemen – black tie or lounge suits please, whilst raising money for local good causes.

You can support either MidasPlus or another local charity, school or community organisation/club of your choice; Local being up to about 10 miles from Runnymede Hotel.

MidasPlus have held many very successful Valentine Balls in recent years so we are confident in organising the event and running the night on behalf of all of you who participate. You just invite the people and collect the money.

The more people you bring, the more money you make for your charity/community organisation. We will split the proceeds from the night between the charities that attend. So if, for example, we have 15 tables and make £6000, each charity table would receive £400 (so 3 tables – £1200) and the supporters will have had a great evening. We would actually hope to raise more than that but it obviously depends on numbers of people attending, how much they spend on the raffle/auction and what sponsorship we can obtain for this event.

Could you find 10 people (that’s just 5 couples!) at a cost of £70 per head who would enjoy a romantic night out at this lovely hotel with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, an excellent 3 course dinner with tea/coffee & petit fours plus a brilliant dance band and an entertaining cabaret?

20 tables is our maximum so it will be first come, first served. We will need an initial deposit of 20%, £140 as soon as you can, to reserve your table and then full payment by 15th December. All monies need to be payable to MidasPlus..

To reserve your table be a sponsor of this event, donate an auction prize or for more information please contact Mike Wylie, mike@midasplus.org.uk
